We’ve all done it!
Have you ever sent an email before it was complete OR worse still, sent it to the wrong person?
What about if you could STOP an email being sent AFTER you hit the send button?
I’m not talking about “recall” in Outlook; I’m talking stopping it from being sent in the first place if you’re using GMail!! YES!! Want to know how??
Just follow these simple steps and you'll never have that sinking feeling again! 💕click on the little cog at the top right hand side of your Gmail page 💕click “settings”
💕click the “general” tab if required 💕change the “undo send” cancellation period to “30 seconds”
💕scroll to the bottom of the page and hit “save changes”
Now send yourself a test email and you’ll see a pop up (mine is in the bottom left hand side of my screen) which will allow you to hit “undo” to stop the email from sending for a period of 30 seconds after you hit “send” When you click “undo” the email will then open again on screen for you to make any changes required and resend! How good is that? Thanks Google 💕
